BLACK NOIR is VOUGHT's strong, silent type. He's branded as a figure devoid of identity & sculpted for others to project onto him.
He lurks within the shadows of major events, tending to his own business & assigned tasks. Communication with others is seldom, & localised to his fellow members of THE SEVEN. Mystery is well and truly the name of his game.
Interactions during this timeframe will mainly consist of VOUGHT assigned missions or his pursuing of a certain character. He may also be found within certain clubs, typically dancing.
This is where BLACK NOIR steps into the light -- but only for brisk periods. He pursues BILLY BUTCHER &, by association, THE BOYS, as well as getting into two confrontations with STARLIGHT. QUEEN MAEVE utilises his lethal tree nut allergy to incapacitate him, forcing him into a coma for an indeterminate amount of time.
During this season, he displays moments of empathy & grief, shown to be unaware as to how he was truly created. Despite this, he remains loyal to VOUGHT. It is shown that, unlike others, STAN EDGAR views his activites through a camera wedged into the breastplate of his suit, showing a possible connection between them.
Following these events, BLACK NOIR remains within THE SEVEN after many months in a hospital bed. Though he appears relatively the same, prior events & a near death experience leave him in a considerably more vulnerable mental state.
